This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not issuing pattadar pass book and in not mutating the name of the petitioner in revenue records in respect of the land to an extent of Ac.04.95 cents, Ac.5.00 cents in Survey No.383/1 and 385/1 at Kapuluppada Village of Bheemunipatnam Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents to mutate the name of the petitioner and issue pattadar pass book in favour of the petitioner.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioner has to make appropriate application in Form 6A of the A.P.Rights in Land Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 (for short 'the Act') by paying necessary fee.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners will make application in Form 6A of the Act along with necessary documents by paying requisite fee. In view of the above, it is open for the petitioner to make necessary application in Form 6A along with necessary documents and on such application being made the 3rd
respondent is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
