A perusal of the docket right from 30.07.2015 clearly shows for the past 3 adjournments under the guise of taking steps of sole appellant died and for no steps taken beyond 90 days to the date of death, the appeal is abated.

Accordingly, the second appeal is dismissed as abated. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand dismissed. No costs.
