THE HON'BLE JUSTICE K.LAKSHMAN CRIMINAL PETITION No.1861 of 2021 ORDER:

Learned Public Prosecutor placed on record the photo copy of the case details of the subject matter and the same is made as part of the record.

From a perusal of the same, it is revealed that investigation is completed in the subject crime, charge sheet is filed and the same is taken on file vide Spl.S.C.No.190 of 2021. In view of the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition challenging the charge sheet itself. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
