OFFICE NOTE 21.02.2025 SKS, J I.A.No.1 OF 2025 This application is filed under the caption 'for being mentioned' praying this Court to modify the order dated 18.02.2025 passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.2165 of 2025.

Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that vide order dated 18.02.2025 the petitioner was granted bail by this Court subject to compliance of conditions thereof, and that the condition No.(i) could not be complied with as the I Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hyderabad, refused to accept the sureties on the ground that the Court does not have the jurisdiction for the same. As such, this application is filed praying this Court to modify the name of the trial Court in order dated 18.02.2025.

Having regard to the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application, and

MAIN CASE No. Crl.P.No.2165 OF 2025 on considering the submissions made by learned counsel for petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow this application, by changing the name of trial Court in order dated 18.02.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.2165 of 2025.

In view thereof, paragraph No.6 (i) of the order dated 18.02.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.2165 of 2025 is modified and corrected, and the same reads as under:

"The petitioner shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned II Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hyderabad."

Accordingly, the application is ordered.

Hence, the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments and issue amended copy.
