THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.35671 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner seeking verbatim the following relief: "to issue an order direction or a writ particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the order of the 2nd Respondent in M.P.No.32 of 2013 dated: 29.08.2016 as arbitrary, illegal, unjust, unenforceable in law." 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the 1st respondent stated that a joint memo is filed in M.P.No.32 of 2013 before the Labour Court - I, Hyderabad and that in view of the said settlement out of Court, as per the terms stated in the Memorandum of Settlement enclosed to the joint memo filed before the Labour Court - I, no cause survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 3.

Recording the submissions, the Writ Petition is dismissed as the subject matter is settled out of Court and no further cause survives for adjudication. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
