HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO WRIT PETITION No.2919 OF 2007 ORDER:

When the matter was called on 18.09.2018, there was no representation for petitioner. Since it is an old matter of the year 2007, this Court directed the matter to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is no more interested in prosecuting the writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
