He seeks direction to the learned Judge for hearing of the miscellaneous petition within time frame.

Writ appeal is dismissed as not pressed. It is open to the appellant to file miscellaneous petition, as aforementioned. If any such petition is made, we hope and trust that the learned Judge will deal with the same in accordance with law. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
