O R D E R

After arguing the case for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner/A-19 seeks permission of this court to withdraw the criminal petition. He submits that the petitioner will surrender before the Station House Officer, Gajulamandyam Police Station, Tirupati Urban, Chittoor District in Crime No.31/2016 and move the trial court for bail.

Let the petitioner/A-19 surrender on or before 31.10.2016 and till then he shall not be arrested.

It is made clear that if the petitioner moves bail application, the trial court shall consider the same as per law.

With the above direction, the criminal petition is disposed of. No costs. AVS ------------------------------ 28-10-2016
