This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking to declare the action of respondent Nos.1 to 4 in not taking steps either to rehabilitate the petitioners by providing shelters to them by shifting them to some other place at a sufficient long distance from the Gas S.V. Station proposed to be erected at a distance of 20 Metres from the petitioners human habitation at Danthelapally Village, Manthani Mandal, or to shift the said Gas S.V. Station at a distance of about one Kilometre from the human habitation of the petitioners, by considering their representation, dated 09.07.2018, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to direct the respondent authorities to consider the representation, dated 09.07.2018, of the petitioners.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4, and the learned counsel for respondent No.5 and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would contend that the petitioners are residents of Danthelapally Village, Manthani Mandal, Peddapalli District. A Gas S.V. Station is proposed to be erected at a distance of 20 Metres from the residential area of the Danthelapally Village. Therefore, the petitioners made a

representation, dated 09.07.2018, to respondent Nos.2 to 4 to take necessary steps to rehabilitate them and provide shelter to them by shifting them to some suitable residential accommodation or to shift the Gas S.V. Station at a distance of one Kilometre away from the human habitation. The same has not been considered yet. Hence, the present Writ Petition is filed.

The request of the petitioners is to consider their representation, dated 09.07.2018, and to relocate them to a suitable residential accommodation. There is no much dispute with regard to the construction of a Gas S.V. Station nearby the dwelling places of the petitioners.

Under the given circumstances, respondent Nos.1 to 4 are directed to examine and dispose of the representation, dated 09.07.2018, of the petitioners within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6 .

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________________ Dr . SHAMEEM AKTHER, J April 22, 2019.
