Though the matter has been coming for admission from 09 .O2.2O22 and was listed on 5 occasions, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner on the earlier occasions i.e., on Ol.ll.2022 and 31.O1.2O23. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' today. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, it is presumed that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed. There shall be no order as to costs.
