ORDER

The petitioner states that he is owner of Plot Nos. 5 & 6 in Sy.Nos.132 & 135 to an extent of 612 square yards at Kothapeta Village, Uppal Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. When the 3rd respondent was making constructions on his eastern side plot by tress passing into the land, the petitioner made a representation before the first respondent on 14.12.2012. When no action was taken thereon, the present writ petition is filed. None appears for the first respondent and no counteraffidavit is filed till date. However, in view of nature of the relief sought for in the present writ petition and in view of the representation submitted by the petitioner on 14.12.2012, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, 1after hearing the petitioner and the 3rd respondent. No costs.
