HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Company Application Nos.1823, 1825, 1833 and 1834 of 2015 in Company Petition No.57 of 1999 COMMON ORDER:
In all these Company Applications, the applicants pray for an order to the Official Liquidator to execute sale deed conveying the quarter in possession of each of the applicants.
2. The applicants claim as legal representatives of deceased workmen in whose favour orders of allotment were already made by this Court vide order dated 27.04.2009 in Company Application Nos.1981, 937, 936 and 1022 of 2009, respectively.
3. Notice to the Official Liquidator was ordered and now the Official Liquidator filed report dated 18.02.2016 along with Annexure-A. Annexure-A deals with two sets of petitions, one, where the applicants satisfy their entitlement to obtain sale deed from Official Liquidator and another where the objections are still subsisting. The instant applications come under the first category, where, Official Liquidator reports no objection to execute sale deeds in favour of the applicants.

I have perused the affidavits filed in support of the applications, the order of this Court dated 27.04.2009 and the report dated 18.02.2016 filed by the Official Liquidator. 5.
Having regard to the material placed on record and the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicants and
Sri M.Anil Kumar, the Deputy Official Liquidator is permitted to execute the sale deeds in favour of the applicants in these applications, subject to the applicants complying with the requirements of registration and stamp duty.
