HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7186 OF 2011 ORDER:
In this criminal petition, filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner/A10 seeks to quash proceedings against him in C.C.No.106 of 1996 on the file of VI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 409 r/w 120-B of IPC and Section 45-S of RBI Act. 2.
Having regard to the nature of allegations in the charge sheet and also as the matter is coming up for framing of charges, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Therefore, the petitioner/A10 shall face the trial and vindicate his defense stand. However, considering the request of learned counsel for petitioner, the presence of the petitioner/A10 before trial court is dispensed with except on the occasions when the trial court requires his attendance. 3.
Accordingly, this criminal petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
