THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.11382 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

"to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the Respondents in not providing suitable alternative employment and paying the salary from 26-08-2014 to till date to the petitioner is illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the A.P.S.R.T.C. Service Regulations and the provisions of Act, 1 of 1996 the persons with Disabilities (Equal, Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Partition) Act, 1995 and as well violation of Fundamental Rights guaranteed under the constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to provide suitable alternate employment as per Section 47 of the Act 1 of 1996 and pay salary from 26-08-2014 to till date with all other attendant service benefits and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

2. When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner herein that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in W.P.No.12090 of 2012, dated 08.08.2012 and a copy of the same is also placed on record along with the writ petition as material paper.

3. Following the above said judgment and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of, in terms of the above said order.

4. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs. __________________
