THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.3968 of 2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home.

When the matter is taken up, learned Government Pleader for Home has placed on record the written instructions, dated 07.02.2017, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, II Town Police Station, Bhadradri, Kothagudem District. The said instructions read as under:

"On a complaint of Radha Sadaram (wife of the petitioner herein) 7th respondent herein lodged with the police of I Town Police Station, Kothagudem, a case in Cr.No.83/2016 under Section 498-A IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, dated 19.03.2016, was registered against the petitioner herein and his parents as they subjected the complainant harassed her mentally and physically by demanding additional dowry and taken up the investigation into the case. After completion of the investigation into the case, appropriate charge sheet was also filed before the Hon'ble Court of III Addl.Judl.First Class Magistrate at Kothagudem. The petitioner herein and his parents are facing trial in C.C.No.396/2016.

On a complaint of Radha Sadaram (wife of the petitioner herein) 7th respondent herein lodged with the police of Manuguru Police Station, Khammam District, a case in Cr.No.264/2016 under Sections 498-A IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, dated 13.09.2016, was registered against the petitioner herein and his parents as they harassed the complainant

AVSS,J W.P.No.3968 of 2018 physically and mentally and demanded her to bring additional dowry.

After completion of the investigation into the case, appropriate charge sheet was also filed before the Hon'ble Court of Judl. First Class Magistrate at Manuguru in Cr.No.264/2016 against the petitioner herein and his parents and the same was taken on file vide C.C.No.522/2016 and the petitioner and his parents are facing trial in the said Calendar Case. Copy of the charge sheet in connection with Cr.No.264/2016 (CC.No.522/2016) is annexed along with this written instructions for the kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court.

On a complaint of Radha Sadaram (wife of the petitioner herein), lodged with the police of II Town Police, Kothagudem a case in Cr.No.110/2017 under Sections 294 (b), 323, 506 IPC dated 7.5.2017 was registered against the mother of the petitioner herein and others viz 1)Sadaram Prameela, 2)n Sadaram Shobha 3) Korlapati Roja and 4)Korlapati Joseph and investigated into.

After completion of the investigation in Cr.No.110/2017, appropriate charge sheet was also filed before the Hon'ble Court of II Addl.Judl.First Class Magistrate at Kothagudem on 19.6.2017 and the same was taken on file vide CC.No.307/2017.

It is humbly submitted that the allegation of the petitioner that on the pressure exerted by the 7th respondent, the respondents 2 to 6 are constantly calling him and asking him to live with the 7th respondent is absolutely false baseless and hence denied.

In all the above 3 cases, appropriate charge sheets have been filed and the petitioner herein is facing trial. We never harassed the petitioner or ask him to live with the 7th respondent herein".

AVSS,J W.P.No.3968 of 2018 Eventually a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to place the said written instructions on record and dispose of the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the above written instructions.
