THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRIMINAL REVISION CASE Nos.1856/2007 & 12/2008 COMMON ORDER:

When these two matter came up for hearing on 31.03.2015 it was represented by Sri V.Ramachander Goud, learned counsel, that the petitioner has taken away the files and he has no instructions. The matters underwent several adjournments, but nobody appears for the petitioner. Therefore, it is directed the office to print the name of the petitioner and list the matter today under caption "for dismissal". Today also, when these two matters are called in the forenoon as well as in the afternoon, present none for the petitioner and there is no representation on his behalf, even though the matters are listed under caption "for dismissal". Therefore, both the Criminal Revision Cases are dismissed for non-prosecution.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
