HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.KANTHA RAO Writ Petition No.27254 of 2015 Order:

Heard Sri M.Ramgopal Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri Bathula Raj Kiran, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents-LIC of India.

2. This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents-Corporation in not considering the case of the petitioner for regularization, as arbitrary and illegal.

3. The petitioner was appointed as Sub Staff in the respondents-Corporation in the year 2000 on daily wage basis.

The respondents-Corporation has been issuing salary vouchers by mentioning his name along with other regular employees. But, the respondents-Corporation has not considered the case of the petitioner for regularisation.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is working continuously for the last 15 years, the respondents-Corporation has not considered his case for regularisation and the representation dated 14-10-2014 made by him is pending before the respondents-Corporation and so far, no orders have been passed thereon.

5. Considering the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents-Corporation to consider the representation dated

14-10-2014 submitted by the petitioner within a period of 8 (eight) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
