This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 09.3.2017 in I.A. No.02 of 2017 in CTA SR No.903 of 2016 on the file of the Cooperative Tribunal at Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to avail the remedies available under law. Permission is granted.
