The complaint of petitioner is that respondents are not proceeding further with the investigation into F.I.R.No.19 of 2012 dated 17.01.20012 of Bhongir Town Police Station. The Assistant Government Pleader (Home), on instructions, states that charge sheet is filed vide C.C.No.277 of 2012 before the Judicial Magistrate of the First Class Court, Bhongir. The statement is placed on record.

In view of the above statement, no further order is necessary. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
