On realizing that the petitioner had earlier filed W.P.No1818 of 2018 and for the same relief the instant writ petition is filed, learned counsel or the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court as and when cause of action arises. Permission is accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
