THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N. TUKARAMJI CRIMINAL PETITION No.2033 oI 2024 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS, 2023') seeking quashment of the proceedings in F.l.R.No.S of 2024 of Neradigonda Police Station, Adilabad District, against the petitioners. 2.
The petitioners are arrayed as accused Nos.2 and 3 in Crime No.S of 2024, registered for the offences under Sections 306 r/w 34 of lPC. 3.
Leamed Additional Public Prosecutor submits that charge sheet was filed against the petitioners and numbered as P.R.C.No.10 of 2024. 4.
Having regard to the development in the proceedings and as the petitioners have to reconstruct and strategize the pleadings, granting liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate application to challenge the precipitated proceedings, if so advised, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
