As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 11.07.2017, the matter was directed to be listed on 12.07.2017, under the caption, 'for dismissal'. Even today, i.e., on 17.07.2017, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Court is inclined to pass the following order: 2.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.1 in interfering with civil disputes between the parties and not registering any crime against the unofficial respondent and his followers, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the allegations made in the writ affidavit are false and that they are not interfering with the civil disputes pending between the parties.

Recording the submission made, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent police not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between the parties, except in accordance with law. If the respondent police intend to take any action against the parties, the same shall be in accordance with law. No costs.
