After arguing sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a liberty to avail appropriate remedies under law. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, it is left open to the petitioner to move the Court below for dispensing with her personal appearance on every date of adjournment. The Court below shall consider the same in accordance with law.
