SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.1390 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking for grant of bail to the petitioner, who is accused No.1, in Crime No.72 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Kaghaznagar Rural Police Station, Komrambheem District. The offences alleged are under Sections 120-B, 452, 395, 342, 419, 420, 468 and 471 of I.P.C. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State, and perused the record. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that material part of the investigation is completed and the charge sheet is to be filed in this case. 4.

Learned Public Prosecutor, on the other hand, submits that the petitioner is involved in several cases and that investigation in this case is still in progress. 5.

The allegation against this petitioner is that, he, along with other accused has committed dacoity in this case.

Hence, considering the above, this Court opines that this is not a fit case for grant of bail to the petitioner/accused No.1. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
