HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM Writ Petition No.10518 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard Sri Rizwan Ali, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.Sree Ramulu Naidu, learned standing counsel for the 1st Respondent-University.

The Registrar of the 1st Respondent-University shall consider the representations made by the petitioner dated 2910-2010, 30-06-2012, 29-12-2015 and 26-02-2016 and intimate to the petitioner why mark list of the petitioner in B.Sc. distant education examination conducted, are not being issued/cannot be issued. The Registrar of the 1st Respondent-University shall pass necessary orders within one week from today.

Sri P.Sree Ramulu Naidu, learned standing counsel for the 1st Respondent-University shall ensure to intimate the Registrar of the 1st Respondent-University of the order of the Court. The Registrar of the 1st Respondent-University to act without waiting for the order copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is accordingly closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in

the writ petition shall stand closed.
