It was accordingly directed to be posted for dismissal on 05.09.2018. Today, though the matter appears under the caption 'For Dismissal', there is no representation for the petitioners, yet again. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Interim order dated 30.07.2013 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
