The present writ petition is filed to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in interfering into the civil disputes by implicating and associating the petitioner in connection with a false criminal case registered in FIR No.310 of 2019 dated 28.12.2019 without the name of the petitioner being reflected in the complaint, as illegal, arbitrary, highhanded and dereliction of duty.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 03.03.2020, a copy of which is placed on record of this Court, submits that based on the complaint made by one Dr.N.Jayalatha, Director of MNJ Institute of Oncology and Regional Cancer Center, Red Hills, Hyderabad, a case was registered in Crime No.310 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 447 and 427 IPC on the file of Nampally Police Station. It is also stated that during the course of investigation, the respondent police examined L.Ws.1 to 3 and recorded their statements, visited the scene of offence and prepared CDF and the investigation done disclosed that the petitioner is the owner of H.No.10-211/4 and neighbour of the said Nursing College compound, and as such, the petitioner was arrayed as accused in the said case. By the said written instructions, it is further stated that, except conducting investigation in the above said case, the respondent police never interfered in the civil disputes of the petitioner, at any point of time.

Having regard to the said submissions made on behalf of the official respondents, that except conducting investigation into the above case registered, the respondent authorities are not interfering in the civil disputes of the petitioner, no further orders need be passed in the present writ petition.

Subject to the above, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
