VINOD KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE P.SREE SUDHA WRIT PETITION No.17944 of 2007 O R D E R:(per Hon'ble Sri Justice T.Vinod Kumar) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, One Time Settlement (OTS) Scheme has been introduced by the Government of Telangana, vide G.O.Ms.No.45 Rev.(CT.II) Department, dt.09.05.2022, for settlement of disputes; that the petitioner had filed application seeking to avail the benefit under the said Scheme and accepting the same, Form-IV has been issued by the Government; and thus the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for consideration by this Court any further and the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 2.

In view of the above said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
