THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.22667 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the third respondent in not registering the complaint dated 27.02.2017 made by the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that in pursuance to complaint dated 27.02.2017, a case in crime No.247 of 2017 on the file of M.R. Palli Police Station, Tirupati UPD District, was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 427 and 447 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code.

In that view of the matter, the grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition stands redressed.

Hence, the Writ Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
