This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 05.01.2018 passed in I.A.No.139 of 2017 in R.C.No.435 of 2007 on the file of the Court of III Additional Rent Controller, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to raise an objection before the Court below with regard to the validity and marking of the documents at the time of marking.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under law including to raise an objection at the time of marking of the documents in question.
