This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ A.1 and A.2 to quash the proceedings in Crime No.20 of 2019 dated 22.01.2019 on the file of Burgampahad Police Station, Bhadradri Kothagudem District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/ A.1 and A.2, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1-State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners/ A.1 and A.2 requested the Court to direct the Station House Officer concerned to issue notice under Section 41A of Cr.P.C.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the 1st respondent/ State did not oppose the same.

Under these circumstances, the Station House Officer concerned is directed to follow the provisions under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. and abide by the directions issued by the Apex Court in Ar n esh Ku m ar v. St at e of Bih ar an d an ot h er 1. 6.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
