Sri Mirza Sultan Baig, v. The State Of Telangana, Through Its Principal Secretary,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.No.1937 of 2015 ORDER:
Heard.
Alleging that the respondents are attempting to arrest the petitioners without registering any case against them, the present writ petition is filed. On instructions, the learned Government Pleader states that so far as C.C.S. is concerned, no complaint or crime is pending against the petitioners. He also states that no complaint or case is registered against the petitioners by respondents 4 and 5.
In view of that, the petitioners' allegation that the respondents are trying to arrest them without registering any case appears to be entirely imaginary.
Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
