I.A.No.2 of 2019 is ordered. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order passed by this Court on 08.03.2019 shall stand vacated. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
