THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE ANIS CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.519 OF 2008 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case under Section 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'the Code') is filed by the petitioner/respondent having been aggrieved of the order dated 04.02.2008 passed in M.C.No.226 of 2006 by the learned Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the trial of JHCBBC-cum-Additional Family Court-cum-XXIII Additional Chief Judge, Hyderabad.

2. Since there was no representation on 27.01.2015 for the petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal". Despite listing the matter today under the caption "for dismissal", the petitioner is called absent, no representation. 3.

In the result, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for nonprosecution. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
