This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ A.1 to A.7 to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.439 of 2017 on the file of the IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Rachakonda at Ibhrahimpatnam, Rangareddy District.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/ A.1 to A.7, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing respondent No.1/ State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that there are no specific allegations against them in the charge sheet and the charges are not framed in the said C.C. and prayed to quash the above proceedings.

The petitioners' contention is that there are no specific allegations against them in the charge sheet. Therefore, they are at liberty to move an appropriate application before the lower Court seeking their discharge from the above case, if charges are not framed.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
