Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition and the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to permit the petitioners to surrender before the I Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada and comply with the orders in Crl.P No. 1403 of 2018 dated: 14.02.2018 CRIP NO. 1403 0F 2018 Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition and the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondent to enlarge the petitioners/accused No.l to 3 on bail in the event of their arrest in connection with FIR. No, 75 of 2018 on the file of the Penamaluru Police Station, Vijayawada, Krishna District; The Petition coming on for hearing upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed therein and the earlier order of the High Court dated,: 14.02.2018 in Crl.P No. 1403 of 2018 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI V.R. AVULA, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Public Prosecutor for the Respondent.

The Court made the following Order:

This petition is filed seeking for modification of the order in Crl.P No. 1403 of 2018 dated: 14.02.2018 to facilitate the petitioners to surrender before the I Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada on the ground that the Police are not cooperating with the petitioners aDd accepting the surrender and sureties. However, the Public Prosecutor seeks time for verification of the said fact. The counsel for the petitioner submits that the time for surrender expires by 01.03.2018.

Hence, considering the above, the time for surrender before the police shall stand extended by one week commencing from 01.03.2018 Petition is partly allowed.
