THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1640 OF 2015 ORDER:
This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the accused challenging the order of the Special Sessions Judge-cum-IV Additional District Judge, Guntur dated 25.06.2015 whereby the learned Judge dismissed Crl.M.P.No.35 of in S.C.No.23/S/2014 filed by the petitioner-accused to discharge him from the case.
After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner confined his argument to the extent of dispensing with the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates so specifically the trial Court insists for his appearance. The petitioner is directed to be represented by a counsel on all hearing dates.
The Criminal Revision Case is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
