HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.6609 OF 2009 ORDER:

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent in issuing G.O.Rt.No.250, Panchayat Raj & Rural Development (Pts.II) Department, dated 12.02.2009 by confirming the impugned proceedings of the 2nd respondent vide proceedings No.1018/07-B1 (Panchayat)-1, dated 02.01.2008 in respect of Bondugula Village, Rajapet Mandal, Nalgonda District, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the 2nd respondent to conduct fresh enquiry regarding the allegations made against the petitioner. At the time of admission on 31.03.2009, this Court has not passed any interim order. The term of the petitioner is already over and by afflux of time the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
