Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the order, in respect of which the contempt case is filed, has been complied with by paying arrears of salary of Rs.59,841/- by means of a demand draft, which is handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Recording the said submission, the contempt case is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this case, shall stand closed.
