Sri Balaji Flour Mills vs. The Commercial Tax Officer-II, Chittoor (judgment in Writ Petition No.855 of 2008 and batch dt.30.12.2010). Following the said order, and in terms thereof, this Writ Petition is also disposed of. No costs.
