THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.15464 of 2014 ORDER:

1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in P.C.S.O.S.C.No.10 of 2014 on the file of the Court of the I Additional District Judge, Sangareddy at Medak concerned with Cr.No.213 of 2013 on the file of Medak Rural Police Station. 2 At the time of arguments, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after completion of trial, the petitioner was acquitted of the offences charged against him.

3 Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further orders need be passed in this petition. Accordingly this petition is closed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
