This petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC seeking to withdraw O.S.No.617 of 2007 on the file of the Court of XV Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, and transfer the same to the Court of Senior Civil Judge having jurisdiction over the subject matter of the suit. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition. To that effect, he also filed a letter in the Registry.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Transfer C.M.P. is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
