05.06.2023 ML,J IA No.1 of 2023 The present petition is filed by accused No.1 to alter the conditions imposed in the bail granted by this Court on 27.02.2023 in Crl.P.No.1734 of 2023.
In Crl.P.No.1734 of 2023, the condition imposed while granting bail was that the petitioner/accused No.1 shall attend before the concerned police station on every Monday between 10.30 a.m. and 12.00 p.m. till filing of the final report.
The case of the petitioner/A.1 is that he has been regularly complying with the said condition and on account of regular attendance, he is unable to run his business properly and therefore, he seeks to relax the condition.
The learned Public Prosecutor opposed this petition.
The fact discloses that there are financial irregularities involved in this case and the petitioner is also required in the similar cases pending before CCS, Hyderbad.
Considering the nature of allegation and inconvenience of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the said condition partly. In the result, the petition is partly allowed modifying the condition imposed in the order dated 27.02.2023 in Crl.P.No.1734 of
