THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.20420 of 2000 ORDER:- As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 09.07.2015 the matter was listed to 16.07.2015. Again on 16.07.2015 there was no representation, the matter was listed to today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in the morning or in the afternoon session. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. As sequel to it, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
