THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.15822 of 2006 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief :- " .... to issue a writ or order of direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents is not calculating the power factor and load factor separately for the period from 24-3-2006 to 31-3-2006 and 1-4-2006 to 24-4-2006 in respect of the consumption month of April, 2006 for the purpose of allowing incentives to the petitioner in terms of the Tariff Orders for the year 2005-06 and 2006-07 as highly illegal, arbitrary and unjust....."

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly stated that the issue involved in this writ petition is covered by a common order dated 04-03-2014 in W.P.No.7865 of 2009 and batch and that following the said common order, the writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the said common order.

Copy of the said common order passed in W.P.No.7865 of 2009 and batch is placed on record.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for TSTRANSCO does not dispute the fact that this matter is covered by the afore-said common order of this Court in the said writ petition batch. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed in terms of the common order dated 04-03-2014 in W.P.No.7865 of 2009 and batch and for reasons alike as were mentioned therein. No costs.

The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
