HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. V. BHASKAR REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1571 of 2016 ORDER:

The Contempt Case has been filed for violation of the order passed by this Court in W.P. No.10304 of 2016 dated 30.03.2016.

By the aforesaid order dated 30.03.2016, this Court while disposing of the writ petition, directed the 4th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.03.2016 and take appropriate action in the matter, if warranted, in accordance with law. Alleging violation of the said order, this Contempt Case is filed.

When the case was listed on 27.09.2019, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Further, the Contempt Case has not admitted

so far and has not been taken cognizance under Section 17 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed.

However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file appropriate application in accordance with law if any cause survives in the Contempt Case. No order as to costs.
