This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ A.1 to A.3 to quash the proceedings in Crime No.111 of 2019 dated 21.02.2019 on the file of Meerpet Police Station, Rachakonda District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/ A.1 to A.3, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1-State and perused the record.

Having argued at length, learned counsel for the petitioners/ A.1 to A.3 requested the Court to direct the Station House Officer concerned to issue notice under Section 41A of Cr.P.C.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the 1st respondent/ State did not oppose the same.

Under these circumstances, the Station House Officer concerned is directed to follow the provisions under Section 41A of Cr.P.C. and abide by the directions issued by the Apex Court in Ar n esh Ku m ar v. St at e of Bih ar an d an ot h er 1. 6.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
