THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.4339 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order, dated 03.06.2016 in I.A.No.220 of 2016 in O.S.No.175 of 2016 on the file of the Sub Divisional Magistrate & Special Assistant Agent to Government, Mobile Court, Bhadrachalam.

A perusal of the record reveals that the respondent herein filed O.S.No.175 of 2016 against the petitioners herein on the file of the Sub Divisional Magistrate & Special Assistant Agent to Government, Mobile Court, Bhadrachalam, for perpetual injunction. Along with the suit, the respondent herein filed I.A.No.220 of 2016 seeking ex-parte interim injunction and the said application was allowed on 03.06.2016.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners filed counter in I.A.No.220 of 2016 in the month of September, 2016. 4.

The only relief sought for by the petitioners is to direct the trial Court to dispose of I.A.No.220 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also in view of submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Sub Divisional Magistrate & Special Assistant Agent to Government, Mobile Court, Bhadrachalam, is hereby directed to dispose of I.A.No.220 of 2016 in O.S.No.175 of 2016, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months of from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
