Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.Sridhar Reddy, learned counsel respondents 4 to 29 and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare for respondents 1 to 3.

Learned counsel for respondents 4 to 29 submits that as per Rule 7 of Andhra Pradesh Agency Rules, 1924, the suit filed by the petitioner in OS No.420 of 2015, has to be heard by the 1st respondent only, as such, the transfer of the suit by the 1st respondent to 2nd respondent is bad and that the Writ Petition has to be allowed in terms of aforesaid Rule 7 of A.P.Agency Rules, 1924.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for respondents 4 to 29, this Writ Petition is allowed and the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the suit, in accordance with law. The 1st respondent is also directed to dispose of the application filed for injunction as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _______________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 19-09-2018.
