The present revision petition is filed challenging the order, dated 30.06.2015, passed in E.A.No.69 of 2015 in E.P.No.178 of 2008 in O.S.No.4098 of 2002 on the file of learned VIII Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, whereby and whereunder, the learned Judge allowed the E.A. and directed both parties to expedite with enquiry in E.A.No.68 of 2015 for deciding the claim over the subject property.

3. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that E.A.No.68 2015 was allowed and as per the orders passed therein, E.P.No.178 of 2008 was dismissed on 01.06.2016. Therefore, the present revision petition becomes infructuous.

4. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
